Job Summary

SWISH is looking for an experienced Creative Director to lead the creative vision of a distinguished luxury lifestyle brand. This role is responsible for transforming brand strategy into world-class visual communication across digital, website, showrooms, packaging, photography, and video. The Creative Director will lead an 18-member creative team and work closely with the Brand Strategy team to ensure every customer touchpoint reflects a consistent, premium brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Leadership
  • Lead the creative vision of the SWISH brand.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
  • Develop and evolve the brand’s visual language.
  • Ensure all creative outputs meet premium brand standards.
• Creative Direction
  • Lead creative campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Direct photography, videography, and art direction.
  • Review and approve all creative assets.
  • Build compelling brand stories through visual communication.
• Digital & Retail Experience
  • Lead creative execution for Social Media, Website, Packaging, Showroom Branding, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing Collaterals.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Strategy team to bring campaigns to life.
• Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor an 18-member creative team.
  • Build creative systems and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular creative reviews.
  • Develop team capabilities through coaching and feedback.
