Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in selecting products.

Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.

Provide accurate product information and promotions to customers.

Handle billing support and assist at the checkout counter when required.

Monitor inventory and report stock shortages.

Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the sales floor.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Requirements

Minimum SSC/HSC or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience in a super shop, retail store, or supermarket is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Basic mathematical and cash-handling skills.

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
