Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other social media platforms in a professional and friendly manner.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive follow-ups and encourage repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to improve products and services.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the buying journey.
- Candidates with 6 months–1 year of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Delivery, or E-commerce will receive preference.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using WhatsApp Business, Facebook/Instagram Messenger, or CRM/Ticketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and order-tracking systems.
- Prior experience in Grocery, Delivery, or E-commerce industries.
- Candidates living near Banasree will be given preference.

- Days: Saturday – Thursday
- Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Location: Banasree, Dhaka
