Job Description
- Must have basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, operating systems and computer accessories.
- Must have basic knowledge of Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Must be familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and general troubleshooting procedures.
- Must have basic knowledge of Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
- Monitor and ensure smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and business applications.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for IT-related maintenance and support.
- Provide technical assistance to users and resolve day-to-day IT issues promptly.
- Any others task assign by management.
Job Requirements

- At least 1 years of experience is needed.
