Enter and update data into the ERP system (related to Procurement operation like comparative statement, purchase orders, invoices).

Verify accuracy of data before and after entry.

Maintain proper documentation and digital records.

Tier with procurement, store, finance, QC and other departments for data accuracy and administration of various documents.

Monitor and correct data discrepancies or errors.

Generate routine reports from the ERP system for analysis and decision for management.

Ensure timely data entry to support real-time operations.

Follow company SOPs and data management policies.

Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and timely entry and reports.

Assist in ERP system audits and data validation processes.

Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
