Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with experience in Capital Market / Financial Trading Systems to join our technology team. The candidate must have strong expertise in Docker and Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, system monitoring, automation, security compliance, and production support within a fast-paced capital market environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable DevOps infrastructure for capital market applications.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for rapid and secure software deployment.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, uptime, reliability, and security.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery solutions for trading systems.
- Collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, and system administrators for deployment and release management.
- Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Maintain log management, monitoring, and alerting systems.
- Support regulatory compliance, cybersecurity standards, and operational risk management in financial systems.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and provide root cause analysis.
Job Requirements
- Preferred degrees are Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering.
- Experience must be within 3-5 years.

- Experience working with high-frequency trading infrastructure.
- Certification in AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps technologies.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance environments in financial services.
Soft Skills Requirement:
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent team collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with professional stakeholder management capability.
- Highly adaptable and capable of performing efficiently in dynamic and fast-paced work environments.
Experience in DevOps, preferably in Capital Market, Banking, FinTech, or Trading Platforms. Strong hands-on experience with:
- Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python (Go is a plus)
- Linux/Unix Administration
- Docker & Kubernetes
- AWS / Azure / GCP
- Terraform / Ansible / Puppet
- Nginx, Apache, Load Balancers
- Jenkins / GitLab CI/CD / GitHub Actions
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Zabbix
- Experience with database management and optimization (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, SSL, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Familiarity with stock exchange systems, OMS/EMS platforms, FIX protocol, or real-time trading environments will be highly preferred.
