Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence, generate qualified leads, and enhance brand awareness for our lift and generator maintenance services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.


Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize company website, social media pages, and online business profiles.
  • Increase brand visibility and engagement through organic and paid marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.

Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Design promotional posts, service campaigns, customer success stories, and awareness content.
  • Monitor social media performance and audience engagement.

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for lift maintenance, generator servicing, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and engineering solutions.
  • Manage Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI.

SEO & Website Management

  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Improve website ranking and organic traffic through SEO best practices.
  • Coordinate with developers for website updates and improvements.

Content Development

  • Create and manage marketing content including:
  • Service brochures
  • Blogs and articles
  • Case studies
  • Customer testimonials
  • Email newsletters
  • Video marketing content
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce engaging marketing materials.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

CRM & Email Marketing

  • Develop email marketing campaigns for existing and potential clients.
  • Maintain customer databases and lead nurturing activities.
  • Support sales team with qualified leads and marketing materials.

Job Requirements

  • Preferred degrees are Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field..
  • Experience must be within 2-3 years.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Engineering, Industrial, Construction, Real Estate, Facility Management, or Technical Service sectors.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation will be highly preferred.
