Job Context
The General Manager – Sales & Marketing will play a strategic leadership role in driving the sales and branding efforts for Jams Group’s flagship commercial projects. This position is critical to achieving revenue targets, establishing market dominance, and strengthening the group’s brand image in the real estate and property sectors. The role encompasses end-to-end management of the Sales & Marketing Department, including strategy formulation, team leadership, customer acquisition, and coordination with project development, design, and construction teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales & marketing strategies for the Group’s Commercial projects to achieve short and long-term business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the entire sales and marketing team, setting performance targets and ensuring accountability.
- Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional activities to enhance market visibility and customer engagement.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Set and monitor sales targets, sales pipelines, and conversion ratios, ensuring timely achievement of revenue goals.
- Coordinate with project development, design & interior, and construction departments to ensure sales commitments align with project deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, channel partners, and institutional buyers.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to top management.
- Plan and execute product launches, exhibitions, road shows, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards in all sales and marketing activities.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Managing Director/Chairman.
