Responsibilities:

Analyze patient data and determine their JK Lifestyle Stage

Provide counseling based on lifestyle apps or wellness plans

Conduct follow-ups to monitor progress Participate in counseling sessions, webinars, or health awareness campaigns in schools/colleges/communities

Conducting patient consultations and educating them on diagnoses, treatments, and post-care

Training patient counselors based on required protocols

Managing patient healthcare activities and maintaining accurate medical records

Ensure patient satisfaction

Ensuring compliance with medical protocols and company policies
