Maintain and control engineering documents, drawings, process sheets, specifications, work instructions, and quality records.

Manage document numbering, revision history, document issuance, and version control.

Ensure that only approved and latest revision documents are available for production and related departments.

Maintain document registers and track document status.

Archive, retrieve, and dispose of documents according to company procedures.

Ensure document security, confidentiality, and proper access control.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and records.

Coordinate with Engineering, Production, QA, and other departments regarding document review and approval.

Prepare reports, presentations, manuals, and visual work instructions.

Create and update document templates, graphics, and layouts using Adobe Illustrator and other software.

Support ISO system implementation, documentation, and compliance activities.

Participate in Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.

Maintain both electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
