Position: Engineer – Documentation (Electrical)

Job Type: Project Based

Job Responsibilities:

Study working drawings and templates for preparation of As-Built documentation.

Prepare As-Built documentation particularly 01 Copy based on site execution records and inspection reports

Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain necessary data and supporting documents.

Maintain effective communication with clients and internal staff to Collect Required documentation and information.

Liaise with client specialists, designers, and project staff for final submission.

Attend documentation meetings and report progress to HOD and Project Manager.

Educational Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering / B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a government recognized institute.

Experience Requirements:

Diploma Holders: 2–3 years of experience.

B.Sc. Engineers: 3–5 years of experience.

Documentation experience will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel (Mandatory)

Strong teamwork, patience, time management, and communication skills
