Currently, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Accounts cum VAT & Tax to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and VAT & Tax compliance activities. This position is ideal for candidates at the early stage of their careers who are interested in developing comprehensive expertise in overall Accounts, VAT, and Taxation functions.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and maintain financial vouchers, journals, and sales invoices in the company`s custom software / ERP system.
• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Record day-to-day production, collection, and receipt entries in the accounting software.
• Process and manage vendor bills, adjustments, and general ledger accounts.
• Maintain VAT-related records, registers (Mushak 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, etc.), and supporting documents in compliance with NBR regulations.
• Assist in monthly VAT and Tax return preparation (Mushak 9.1) and ensure timely compliance.
• Support VAT and Tax audits, TDS/VDS deductions, inspections, and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare periodic financial, cash flow, and operational reports, including bank reconciliations as assigned.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial documentation and overall compliance.
