Lead and manage the complete Finance, Accounts, Tax, VAT, Treasury, Internal Audit, Costing, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting functions.

Supervise LC, Foreign LC, Local LC, Back-to-Back LC, UPAS LC, Import & Export Finance, LTR, LIM, EDF, Bank Guarantees, Foreign Remittance, SWIFT transactions, and Trade Finance documentation.

Prepare, review, and consolidate monthly, quarterly, annual, and statutory financial statements for multiple companies.

Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing with complete accuracy.

Monitor financial performance through KPI analysis, variance analysis, profitability analysis, trend analysis, and executive MIS reporting.

Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions regarding credit facilities, syndicated loans, working capital financing, trade finance, and treasury operations.

Ensure full compliance with IFRS, IAS, BFRS, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, VAT Act, Bangladesh Bank regulations, RJSC requirements, and other statutory obligations.

Oversee corporate tax planning, tax returns, withholding tax, transfer pricing, tax assessments, VAT compliance, Mushak management, customs, bond licensing, and NBR correspondence.

Coordinate statutory audit, internal audit, external audit, tax audit, VAT audit, compliance audit, and special management audits.

Ensure accurate General Ledger management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial controls.
