Prepare high-quality Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and other supporting documents for student applications.

Process and submit university applications accurately and within deadlines.

Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding documentation and application progress.

Collect, verify, and organize all required documents for admission applications.

Maintain and regularly update student case files and application status in the CRM/database.

Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure timely submission of applications.

Ensure all documentation complies with university and immigration requirements.

Provide professional guidance to clients regarding documentation requirements and deadlines.

Excellent English writing and communication skills.

Strong proficiency in Statement of Purpose (SOP) writing.

Experience with university admission applications for Australia and New Zealand will be an advantage.

Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
