An Executive in HR & Admin manages day-to-day human resources operations and administrative functions, overseeing recruitment, employee records, payroll, Work Order (Globally & Internationally) and facility management. They act as a liaison between staff and management, ensuring policy compliance, handling grievances, and implementing administrative SOPs to improve organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
HR Management: Leading recruitment, on boarding, training, performance management, and off boarding processes.
Recruitment & on boarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, including sourcing, interviewing, and on boarding, with a focus on high-turnover medical roles.
Administration & Operations: Supervising facility management, Note sheet, Leave Management, Maintain relation with doctor, Nurse, General Employee office assets, vendor contracts, and security.
Compliance & Policy: Ensuring adherence to labour laws and developing company HR policies.
Payroll & Attendance: Maintaining employee records, monitoring attendance, and processing payroll data.
Employee Relations: Addressing employee queries, grievances, and fostering a positive work culture.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and HRIS software, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive staff and patient-related data securely.
Typical Reporting To: HR Manager, Admin Manager, or Head of HR.
