Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily washing production activities.
• Monitor Wet processes such as Desizing, Enzyme Wash, Stone Wash, Bleach Wash, Tinting, Ozone, Acid Wash and Softener applications.
• Monitor Dry processes such as Whisker, Brushing, Laser, Spray, Grinding, Tagging and special Process.
• Ensure washing recipes and process parameters are followed correctly.
• Support cost-saving initiatives related to chemicals, water, steam, and electricity.
• Collect production data and prepare reports.
• Conduct capacity study, time studies, Production Study and analyze process bottlenecks.
• Support productivity improvement and capacity enhancement projects.
• Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen activities.
• Ensure accurate data entry in ERP/Oracle systems.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, IE, & Planning.
• Communicate production status and issues to supervisors.
