Conduct SAM study and establish operation breakdown for lingerie sewing processes.

Prepare operation bulletin, machine layout and line layout.

Perform line balancing and optimize manpower utilization to achieve production targets.

Analyze sewing methods and implement continuous process improvements.

Monitor hourly production, efficiency, WIP and line performance.

Identify production bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.

Calculate machine requirement, operator requirement and production capacity.

Work closely with Production, Quality, Planning and Merchandising teams to ensure smooth execution.

Conduct time study, motion study and capacity analysis for new and existing styles.

Support pilot run, PP meeting and bulk production planning.

Train sewing operators and line supervisors on best sewing methods and productivity improvement.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly IE reports.

Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
