Job Description
- Generate and qualify new leads through calls, referrals, site visits and digital channels
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from first contact to booking to agreement signing
- Convert walk-ins and inbound inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs with prospective buyers
- Negotiate pricing and payment plans within approved company guidelines
- Maintain consistent, disciplined follow-up on every prospect
- Coordinate with the marketing team on lead-gen campaigns (Facebook, Google) and give feedback on lead quality
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients for referrals and repeat business
- Prepare basic sales reports and pipeline updates for management
- Frequent outdoor face-to-face client visits required
Job Requirements
- Preferred Industry Type are Marketing / Sales.
- At least 2 years of experience is needed.
