Job Context

We are looking for an energetic, highly organized Executive - Merchandising Coordination to drive the execution of our apparel manufacturing orders. In this role, you will take ownership of the day-to-day coordination between international buyers, the buying house, internal production floors, and material suppliers. You will ensure that raw materials arrive on time, samples are approved without friction, and production lines run efficiently to hit strict shipment deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

• Order Execution: Own the daily operational follow-up for assigned buyer accounts from the receipt of the order sheet up to final shipment.
• T&A Monitoring: Follow-up & update the Time & Action (T&A) calendar daily, identifying potential bottlenecks in fabric knitting/weaving, dyeing, or sewing, and escalating risks early.
• Sourcing Coordination: Coordinate with internal procurement teams to ensure yarn, fabric, labels, threads, and polybags arrive at the factory on schedule.
• In-House Raw Material Tracking: Monitor the arrival of fabrics and trims at the factory warehouse.
• Factory Floor Liaison: Coordinate closely with the Production Planning and Control (PPC), cutting, sewing, and finishing departments to ensure buyer specifications are strictly followed.
• Loading & Shipment Handoff: Ensure the packing list matches the actual physical inventory packed.
