Job Context: The role is responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality battery manufacturing operations by managing end-to-end production processes, maintaining equipment performance, and enforcing compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations, while also supporting technical issue resolution and customer warranty claim management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop & maintain appropriate process for manufacturing, storing & conditioning of all intermediate products.
• Maintain & follow production and quality as per schedule.
• Achieve day to day production target as per schedule.
• Keep all machine running & well maintained as required.
• Conduct regular on-spot site visits and monitor ongoing technical processes.
• Provide immediate on-site decisions regarding technical issues and site requirements.
• Manage battery warranty processes and handle customer claim settlements effectively.
• Ensure adherence to battery manufacturing standards, testing protocols, and safety regulations.
• Maintain high-quality standards while ensuring cost-effective operations.
