Job Purpose
The Executive, Sales & Marketing will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's travel-related solutions, including Holidays, Visa Services, Flight Booking, B2B Travel Solutions, Corporate Travel Management, and Group Travel Services. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies and corporate clients and achieving sales targets through regular client engagement and market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's travel solutions, including domestic and international holiday packages, visa processing services, air ticketing, corporate travel, B2B travel solutions, and group tour packages.
- Conduct regular visits to travel agencies, corporate clients, educational institutions, and other business partners to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective travel agents, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Identify potential B2B partners and onboard new travel agencies to expand the company's distribution network.
- Present travel products, corporate travel solutions, and service offerings to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Generate sales leads through direct marketing, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Prepare customized travel quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with the Holidays, Visa, Ticketing, teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development initiatives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit updates to management.
