Develop robust formulations and processes for immediate release and modified release tablet and capsule dosage forms.

To operate & maintain FRO equipment & instrument as per approved SOP.

To record & check all data in the laboratory notebook timely & accurately.

To provide input in relevant log book in a timely manner and in compliance with SOP.

Work collaboratively with relevant cross functional teams on ANDA development and to resolve ingredient and product related technical issues for the timely delivery of product related activities.

Execution of pre-exhibit and exhibit batches; technology transfer from R&D to TT team to meet timelines.

Plan and contribute to project-related scientific/technical activities (e.g. interpret results, critical assessment of data, draw relevant conclusions and write reports).

Writing and approval of technical/scientific reports and author of technical documents including Product Development Report, Quality overall Summary and other relevant documents for regulatory filing purpose.

Share current knowledge & R&D data to cross functional department as needed.

To perform any other formulation development related activities as and when assigned by superior.

To update supervisor/head of R&D immediately whenever any deviation/non-compliance is noticed.

To prepare & update SOPs in compliance with relevant guidelines of DGDA, WHO, USFDA, ICH and company`s Quality Module & Quality Manual.

To execute daily activities & behave in compliance with corporate code of conduct and HR rules and regulations.

To maintain confidentiality as per confidentiality policy of company.
