Security Operation

• Observe overall security features of respective Group's infrastructure and provide the report to the concerned authority for necessary initiatives.
• Strengthen security system to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collect and process third party security bills and submit to Finance and Accounts Department for bill.
• Keep up the CCTV surveillance and take necessary actions when required.

Recovery

• Assist in recovery due money from the defaulter clients when Collection & Recovery team fails to collect bad debts through legal procedures and law enforcement when necessary.
• Assist in recovery from theft, penalty and other sources and submit to company funds.

Liaison Maintain

• Take necessary steps to ensure proper liaison with the Law enforcements to get required help when necessary.
• Maintain good relations with Govt. agencies (City Corporations, Land, Air and Water Port authorities, Ministries etc.) to ensure smooth operations.

Dispute Handling

• Assist in handling land related disputes.
• Assist in handling transport and traffic related troubles.
• Assist in resolving Accidental incident related issues.
• Assist in handle vehicle accidents related issues to ensure minimal damage to company reputation.

Scrap Sales

• Selection of buyers for scrap sale to ensure profit optimization.
• Carry out all sale and submit the sales revenue to company funds.
