Job Responsibilities & Context:

• Handle inquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

• Video making for job advertising

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare tour quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals.

• Conduct client meetings and presentations when required.

• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Represent the company professionally and contribute to business growth.
