Supervision production related all activities of printing department of the factory effectively & efficiently

Drive the monthly production plan as per schedule and run smoothly to meet the deadline;

Lead and manage the team to ensure best output of printing production;

Examine the specific style to determine details such as sample quality, types of color/chemicals be used, color sequences and any other instructions;

Give necessary technical solution to solve the print difficulties;

Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on-time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
