Zurhem is one of Bangladesh’s leading luxury menswear and lifestyle brands, recognised for premium ready-to-wear, bespoke tailoring, and innovative design. We are looking for creative, technically skilled, and detail-oriented Fashion Designers to work directly with the Creative Director in developing seasonal collections and product lines.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical drawing abilities, excellent garment construction knowledge, and proficiency in industry-standard design software.

Successful candidates are expected to join from 1 September 2026.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Creative Director in designing seasonal and capsule collections.

• Create technical sketches and detailed tech packs.

• Develop design concepts from research through to final production.

• Conduct trend, colour, fabric, and market research.

• Prepare presentation boards and design documentation.

• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories with the merchandising team.

• Coordinate with pattern masters, sample makers, and production teams.

• Review garment fit, construction, and sample quality.

• Update specifications and production files based on sample revisions.

• Ensure collections align with Zurhem’s luxury brand identity.

• Maintain organised design archives and digital files.
