Job Description
Responsibilities & Duties:
Plan and conduct financial and operational audits based on the approved audit plan.
Review financial statements, ledgers, vouchers, payments, receipts, and supporting documents.
Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and financial processes.
Identify financial irregularities, control gaps, compliance issues, and potential risks.
Verify compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Review bank reconciliation, receivables, payables, inventory, fixed assets, and cash management.
Prepare audit observations, reports, and practical recommendations for management.
Discuss findings with relevant departments and agree on corrective action plans.
Follow up on previous audit findings and monitor implementation progress.
Support special investigations, fraud-risk reviews, and management-requested assignments.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors when required.
Maintain confidentiality, independence, and proper audit documentation.
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Accounting / Auditing.
- At least 3 years of experience is needed.

3 to 6 years of experience in relevant fields such as Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Automobile, Paint, Toiletries.
