Coordinate import-related documentation with suppliers, including Proforma Invoice (PI), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Product Certifications, and other shipping documents.

Monitor international market trends, emerging lighting technologies, innovative products, and new manufacturers.

Participate in international exhibitions, virtual meetings, technical discussions, and business conferences whenever required.

Prepare supplier evaluation reports, comparative statements, sourcing recommendations, and management reports.

Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, product samples, technical clarifications, and shipment status.
