We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Frontend Developer who enjoys building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences and make a real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable frontend architecture using feature-based or modular architecture, reusable component libraries, and shared design systems.
• Build and maintain scalable application state management solutions using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, or similar technologies.
• Optimize rendering performance through Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), React Server Components (RSC), and client-side rendering strategies where appropriate.
• Establish frontend engineering standards, including folder structure, coding conventions, component composition, and code review best practices.
• Ensure efficient application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, tree shaking, image optimization, and bundle analysis.
• Collaborate with designers to implement and maintain a scalable Design System and reusable UI component library.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns, scalable project structure, and component-driven development.
• Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), and React Server Components (RSC) in Next.js.
• Strong knowledge of rendering strategies, hydration, routing, and frontend application lifecycle.
• Experience implementing Design Systems, reusable component libraries, and design tokens.
• Understanding of software design principles such as SOLID, Separation of Concerns (SoC), DRY, and Clean Architecture as applied to frontend development.
• Experience with performance monitoring and debugging using browser developer tools, Lighthouse, and Core Web Vitals metrics.

Nice to Have

• Experience with React Query, TanStack Query, SWR, or similar data-fetching libraries.
• Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and offline-first applications.
• Familiarity with WebSockets, Socket.IO, or other real-time communication technologies.
• Experience with data visualization libraries such as ECharts, Chart.js, or D3.js.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• Experience working with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-based deployment environments.
• Basic knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI-assisted user interfaces, or AI application development.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, telemedicine platforms, or health data standards is a plus.
