Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mid to Senior level Frontend Developer to join our team during a significant system redesign. This role works mostly on the frontend, closely partnering with the UI/UX team to convert Figma designs into clean, production-ready code. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both our established .NET technology stack and modern frontend technologies, helping us transition to a more contemporary development approach while maintaining our existing applications.


Responsibilities

  • Convert Figma designs into pixel-accurate, responsive UI using ASP.NET Razor Pages and Razor Components
  • Work closely with the UI/UX team to clarify design intent, spacing, states, and interaction details not fully specified in Figma
  • Develop and maintain user interfaces for web applications using ASP.NET Razor Pages and Razor Components
  • Implement interactive features using jQuery and vanilla JavaScript
  • Create responsive, visually appealing layouts using Tailwind CSS framework
  • Build modern web components using the Lit library
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with .NET server-side logic
  • Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
  • Debug and resolve frontend issues within the ASP.NET ecosystem
  • Work with Razor Components while transitioning to Lit-based components
  • Migrate existing styling to Tailwind CSS methodology
  • Participate in the architectural decisions for the redesigned system

  • Experience must be within 3-4 years.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Mid to Senior level experience in frontend/software development
  • Proven experience converting Figma (or similar design tool) mockups into working code
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript
  • Strong experience with jQuery for DOM manipulation and AJAX requests
  • Experience with ASP.NET Core and Razor Pages
  • Knowledge of Razor Components and their integration within applications
  • Understanding of server-side rendering concepts within .NET framework
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS framework and utility-first styling approach
  • Knowledge of Lit library for building lightweight web components
  • Understanding of modern web component standards (Web Components, Custom Elements)
  • Experience with version control systems like Git
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in web environments
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles
  • Strong eye for design detail — spacing, typography, alignment, responsiveness


Job Location: Banani, Dhaka

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
