Job Description
05 to 15 years of progressive experience in apparel manufacturing, with at least 3 to 5 years functioning in a senior management role.
Deep, hands-on understanding of woven, knit & Lingering.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale manufacturing facilities, often overseeing workforces of 2500 to 3500+.
Strong working knowledge of local labor laws and international buyer Codes of Conduct.
Ability to drive KPIs such as On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery, Right First Time (RFT) quality, machine utilization, and reduction of labor turnover.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is needed.
