Job Overview
Tech Point is looking for a creative, passionate, and trend-driven *Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator* to join our growing team. If you love creating stunning visuals, editing engaging short-form videos, and staying ahead of social media trends, this opportunity is for you.
The ideal candidate will create high-quality graphics, produce viral video content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, and help strengthen our brand identity across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design professional social media posts, banners, advertisements, carousels, brochures, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Create engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, InShot, or similar software.
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content plan.
- Write attractive captions and promotional copy in Bangla and English.
- Research daily social media trends, viral audio, hashtags, and creative content ideas.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Respond to social media comments and messages when required.
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement, reach, and audience insights.

- Preferred certifications are Candidates with relevant professional training in Graphic Design or Digital Marketing will receive preference..
- Experience must be within 2-5 years.

- Experience managing Facebook Pages, Instagram Accounts, or TikTok channels will be considered an advantage.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Content Creation.
