Job Description
Paperless Ltd is a licensed Payment System Operator (PSO) in Bangladesh, operating a live payment gateway that helps merchants accept digital payments securely. Under new ownership, we are building a strong in-house leadership team to scale our operations and deliver reliable, compliant payment services across the country.

The role
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to build the Paperless brand and drive demand generation as we grow our merchant base.
Key Responsibilities
- Own brand strategy and positioning
- Lead digital, content and campaign marketing
- Manage merchant and partner communications
- Support product marketing and go-to-market
- Track and report marketing performance
Job Requirements
- Having Master of Business Administration in Marketing degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are FinTech / Payments.
- At least 5 years of experience is needed.
