Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and labor laws.

Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Negotiate compensation within approved salary structures and prepare employment offers.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment documentation.

Improve recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

Support probation confirmation, induction and employee integration activities.

Coordinate with HR Operations to ensure smooth joining formalities.
