Conduct work study, time study, motion study, and method improvement activities.

Establish and maintain accurate SMV databases for all production styles.

Ensure effective line balancing and workstation optimization to achieve targeted efficiencies.

Analyse bottlenecks, operational losses, and non-value-added activities and implement improvement actions.

Monitor daily production KPIs including efficiency, productivity, absenteeism, utilization, and output achievement.

Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Merchandising teams to ensure operational alignment.

Develop capacity plans and production feasibility studies based on order requirements.

Lead manpower planning and resource allocation optimization initiatives.

Monitor machine utilization and recommend process improvements for operational excellence.

Support costing teams through accurate SMV validation and operational analysis.

Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Develop SOPs, operational standards, and best practices across production processes.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Lead production layout optimization and workflow improvement projects.

Prepare productivity reports, efficiency dashboards, and IE MIS for management review.

Train and develop IE team members and production personnel on productivity enhancement techniques.

Support buyer visits, audits, and operational assessments as required.

Ensure implementation of digitalization, automation, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.

Ensure fast act react approach to resolve production bottlenecks and operational challenges.
