Job Description
Based on garment sketches or samples, analyse the garment, work out the operations breakdown.
Ensure the style is developed is made in consideration of optimization, cost reduction.
Implement and sustain the effective works methods and systems at the factories to improve productivity levels and facilitate production processes.
Consider best practices and latest technology.
Advise on guides / templates / jigs that can be used to improve efficiency.
Participate in meetings and share technical related issues raised by factory production team.
Monitor relevant production parameters and take actions to ensure a smooth flow of production.
Set up a monitoring process to ensure performance improvement.
Study factory production capacity and efficiency.
Study the production process and assessment efficiency of the operator.
Provide the opportunity to achieve maximum results with minimum effort.
Calculate thread, Elastic and all measurable accessories consumption.
Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the authority.
Job Requirements
- Having Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA ) degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are IT Services & Consulting, BPM / BPO, Analytics / KPO / Research, Recruitment / Staffing, Accounting / Auditing, Management Consulting, Facility Management Services, Architecture / Interior Design, Legal, Law Enforcement / Security Services, Design, Content Development / Language, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, NBFC, FinTech / Payments, Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity, Education, Training.
- At least 3 years of experience is needed.
