Candidates must have minimum 06 years experience in Industrial setting, preferably in food and beverage industry.
Maintain slaughterhouse electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure safe, reliable and hygienic production operations.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on processing machines, conveyors, pumps, grinders, slicers, sealers and utilities.
Diagnose electrical/mechanical faults and support quick restoration of production equipment.
Follow lockout/tagout, food safety and maintenance hygiene requirements.
Maintain maintenance records, spare parts usage and equipment inspection checklists.
