Perform quality checks across slaughter, processing, hygiene and packing areas to ensure product compliance.
Inspect raw material, carcasses, cuts, packaging and finished products.
Verify GMP, temperature, sanitation and process control records.
Raise non-conformance reports and follow up corrective actions.
Support internal audits and product release checks.
QA inspection experience in a slaughterhouse, meat processing plant, chilled food factory or similar high-care food environment.
