Conduct theoretical and practical training in Civil Construction trades, including Masonry, Rod Binding, Shuttering, Carpentry, and other related occupations.

Deliver training in accordance with Competency Standards (CS), Competency-Based Learning Materials (CBLM), lesson plans, assessment guidelines, and other approved training procedures.

Maintain a disciplined, learner-friendly, and productive classroom and workshop environment.

Prepare, review, and continuously improve training plans, lesson plans, and instructional materials.

Conduct competency-based assessments and evaluate trainees in line with national training standards.

Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and safety of all training tools, equipment, and machinery.

Provide technical guidance and demonstrate best practices in construction site supervision within the construction sector.

Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
