Job Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior and exterior design concepts.
• Create detailed 2D drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and working drawings.
• Produce high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings for client presentations.
• Prepare furniture design concepts and customized furniture solutions.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and project supervision when required.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and project teams.
• Select materials, finishes, lighting, and furnishings according to project requirements.
• Ensure project designs meet client expectations and company standards.
• Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and presentation materials.
• Knowledge of furniture detailing and material specifications

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Interior & Exterior Design.
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply 

Additional Requirements

• Strong creative and conceptual design ability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of modern design trends, materials, and construction methods.
