Responsibilities:

• Check & verify all kinds of daily bills, purchase bills, repair & maintenance bill, construction bills, C&F bills and Import bill vouchers before payment to ensure the accuracy of accounting.

• Check & Verify daily Cash book, bank book with bank Statement.

• Physical verification & counting of petty cash & confirmed with petty cash book.

• Check all kind of party bills (Payable & receivable Bill) and report to Head of the Department.

• Sales register Credit sales, Bank statement analysis.

• Check Monthly salary & wages, Leave encashment, Overtime or any other special Allowance before disbursement.

• Physical market verification of purchase bill as and when required.

• Conduct Physical Inventory Stock Report from all store departments & report to management.

• Check & Verify Loan & Advance Payment.

• Check & verify daily bill vouchers before payments.

• Review & evaluate budget with actual and submit evaluation report.

• Perform any other task given by the management / Head of the department.
