Job Context

• Our in-house Showrooms exhibit the broad array of products that we have successfully delivered to our customers, and a vast collection of bespoke, innovative designs/services that we offer to our prospective customers.

• The Junior Executive – In-House Showroom will primarily be accountable for managing the daily administration of all activities in the showrooms, liaising with buyers, design, and merchandising teams. The incumbent will also be responsible for creating eye-catching displays of products in collaboration with cross-functional teams to help promote the image, products, and services of ZXY.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and organize ZXY in-house showrooms

• Create appealing and eye-catching visual display of products/design samples

• Liaise with teams such as business units, design, and marketing to create design themes and plans

• Handle all incoming and outgoing samples and maintain records

• Maintain the system with all style codes, pictures & information etc.

• Maintain customer meeting calendar, appointments, and fix meetings and schedules

• Meet and greet customers / visitors at all levels of seniority ensuring the best first impression and maintain all customer service etiquettes

• Maintain regular sample supplies to showroom and follow up with Designers, Merchandisers and Product Developers

• Maintain the system with all style codes, pictures & information etc.

• Organize refreshments, lunches etc. for buyer meetings

• Understand the new fashion trends as well as trends related with fabrics, colors, and shapes

• Ensure logistics support for the showrooms
