Test Report Documentation: Maintain accurate records of tests conducted, results, and any deviations from specifications. Prepare detailed reports summarizing test outcomes, providing feedback to production teams for corrective actions, if necessary.

Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure that all interlining products comply with industry standards, customer requirements, and company guidelines. Work with the quality assurance team to review and address any quality issues. Monitor the production process to verify consistency in the material properties and product performance.

Equipment Calibration & Maintenance: Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as tensile testers, colour spectrophotometers, and heat press machines. Ensure all equipment is regularly calibrated and functioning properly. Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with production, R&D, and quality control teams to address any quality or performance issues in interlining products. Communicate effectively with the production department to ensure proper implementation of test results and feedback. Provide support to senior technicians and managers in troubleshooting production-related problems.
