Position Summary

CloudBridgeBd is seeking an experienced Lead Odoo ERP Developer to lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, customization, and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions.
• Design and develop custom Odoo modules and business applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize existing Odoo modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, Manufacturing, and POS.
• Develop and maintain Python-based backend functionality.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases and queries.
• Develop and integrate third-party APIs and external systems.
• Perform code reviews and establish development standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Lead ERP implementation projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and support technical knowledge sharing.
• Ensure system performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
