About the role:

Lead QA and testing for digital platforms and AI products by driving automation, performance testing, and AI validation. Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery and advance testing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automation testing frameworks using tools such as Python and Selenium.
• Develop and maintain performance and load testing strategies for web and AI-based systems.
• Lead the development of QA processes, standards, and testing frameworks across projects.
• Identify and diagnose software defects, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Perform AI system testing, validating AI-generated outputs and system behavior.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to ensure robust system validation.
• Produce test reports, performance analysis, and quality metrics.
• Guide and support the testing team to improve testing practices and automation coverage.

What we are looking for:

• 4–6+ years of experience in QA engineering, automation testing, or software testing.
• Strong experience with automation tools such as Python and Selenium.
• Experience designing test automation frameworks.
• Understanding of software quality practices, test strategies, and testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile or modern software development environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Other Relevant Skills such as Artificial intelligence (AI), Python Software Testing Test Automation.

Location: Banani, Dhaka.

Working Hour: (Mon- Fri: 7:30 am- 4:30 pm)
