Job Summary

Responsible for handling legal documentation, land verification, property registration, litigation support, and ensuring legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Vet legal documents.
• Verify land ownership documents.
• Coordinate property registration.
• Liaise with government offices.
• Handle legal notices.
• Maintain legal records.
• Coordinate with lawyers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Preferred Skills (If Applicable)

• Knowledge of RAJUK, AC Land Office, Sub-Registry Office, and BLRO procedures.
• Experience in handling property registration, mutation, and land-related legal matters.
• Familiarity with the Bangladesh Labour Act, Company Act, Contract Act, and other applicable laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal documentation.
