Job Description
A Chattogram-based company is looking for a full-time, office-based Legal Officer / Legal Associate. The successful candidate will be required to work from the company's office premises in Chattogram.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Artha Rin, Civil, and Criminal (C.R.) cases.
- Draft legal notices, pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with external counsel and attend court proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions.
- Follow up on ongoing litigation and ensure timely case management.
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Legal.
- At least 3 years of experience is needed.
