Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics In-charge to manage and oversee all logistics, delivery, and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely product dispatch, accurate stock management, and smooth coordination with delivery partners while minimizing errors and delays.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily order processing, Order fulfilment, and dispatch operations

* Coordinate with delivery partners and courier services for timely delivery

* Track all shipments and ensure successful delivery completion

* Monitor and manage inventory (stock in/out, stock accuracy)

* Ensure proper product handling, packaging quality, and labelling

* Handle return, exchange, and failed delivery processes

* Maintain logistics records, reports, and documentation

* Reduce delivery delays, losses, and operational errors

* Coordinate with sales team for order updates and delivery status

* Supervise logistics staff and ensure discipline and efficiency

* Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety

* Report daily logistics performance to management

Requirements

* Experience: 2–4 years in Logistics / Supply Chain / E-commerce operations

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business background will be a plus)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Roaster Basis)
