Operate PVC production/coating/lamination machines according to production plans and SOPs.

Set up machine parameters such as speed, temperature, pressure, and tension as per production requirements.

Monitor machine performance continuously during operation.

Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and product changeover activities.

Ensure finished products meet quality specifications.

Inspect raw materials before and during production.

Record production data, machine parameters, downtime, and daily production reports.

Identify machine abnormalities and immediately report them to the Production Supervisor.

Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.

Coordinate with the Maintenance Department during machine breakdowns.

Reduce material wastage and improve production efficiency.

Follow all safety rules and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Maintain housekeeping around the machine and production area.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce defects.
