Job Context:

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) program is designed to develop future leaders by providing structured training and hands-on experience across key business functions. The selected candidates will gain practical knowledge of the feed manufacturing industry and develop the technical, managerial, and leadership skills required for long-term career growth within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured management training program.

• Learn and understand the company's operations, policies, products, and business processes.

• Assist departmental managers in daily operational and administrative activities.

• Analyze business data and prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations.

• Support departmental projects and process improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.

• Visit production plants, dealers, distributors, or customers when required.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
